Beta terms

Mailfol is an early-access workspace for evaluating client notes, tasks, and drafts. These beta conditions require operator details and legal review before commercial launch.

Current availability

The beta is free. Paid plans and mailbox connections are available only after service activation and your explicit consent. Previewed and planned features are not a commitment to deliver them on a particular date.

Your account and content

Use your own authorized sign-in. Only enter content you are entitled to store. You retain ownership of the content you create and allow the service to process it to provide the workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, or attempts to disrupt other users. Do not upload secrets or sensitive client records to this evaluation version.

Beta limitations

Features can change or become unavailable. No uptime or support-response guarantee is offered during beta. Keep independent copies of important work using the export function.

Leaving the beta

You can export your records and delete your Mailfol workspace from Settings. This leaves your sign-in account unchanged and does not cancel a subscription.

Future paid plans

When paid plans are activated, Paddle handles checkout and recurring billing. The checkout shows your price, currency, taxes, and billing interval. Manage cancellation through Billing. Operator-specific refund, consumer rights, and commercial terms must be finalized before paid launch. You must explicitly opt in; beta access will not automatically create a paid subscription.
